NOTE: Residential property owners are not required to post deposits on their prime residences.

Electric Deposit:

Residential Renter: $200.00; High Risk: $400.00

Business: $200.00 or 2 times the average monthly bill and/or alternatives are determined at time of application.

Water Deposit: $50.00; High Risk: $100.00
(Need for a Deposit and/or alternatives are determined at time of application.)

Electric: $25.00 (3% NC sales tax added) Initial and Transfer Service Fees

Water/Sewer: $25.00

Area Lighting: 13.01/month for a 100-watt fixture on existing poles.
