Appearance Commission
Nine (9) members, who will serve for a period of three (3) years and the terms shall be staggered. As provided in section 160A-451 of the General Statutes, the members if the commission pursuant to this article may be reimbursed for their actual expenses incidental to the performance of their duties within the limits of any funds available to the commission, with the responsibility upon the members of the commission to first, before making such expenditures and incurring such expenses, to inquire of the town manager and obtain his approval of the expenses to be incurred and the expenditures to be made. Appearance Commission meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 and are open to the public. There is no compensation for serving on this Commission.
