The Finance Department provides accounting and financial management in support of all town operations and in strict accordance with North Carolina General Statutes. This department manages cash and investments, fixed assets, debt, grants, procurement of goods and services for all town departments. The department also assists the city manager in the development and implementation of the annual budget.  We strive to provide an efficient, effective and transparent structure that maximizes the financial resources of the town.
