Bill Payment Options

Please enclose the bottom portion of your bill with your check or money order in the enclosed envelope for payments sent by mail.

Payment Terms

All utility bills are due and payable on or before the due date. A 5% penalty will be assessed on all past due accounts.

Billing Information

Cycle One utility bills are mailed out on the 15th of each month. A bill is past due if payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the 5th of the following month.

Cycle Two utility bills are mailed out on the last day of each month. A bill is past due if payment is not received by 5 p.m. on the 20th of the following month.

he Customer Service Office is located in Town Hall at 350 East Market Street. Office hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. A customer service representative can be reached by calling 919-934-1377.
