This office is responsible for the administration of the human resources function for 182 full-time and 110 part-time employees. This includes but is not limited to: recruitment and selection, staff support, employee relations, competitive pay administration, insurance benefits administration, workers' compensation administration, payroll and classification, employee assistance programs, FMLA, FSLA, EEO, investigate employee and citizen complaints and grievances, and administer the town's grievance process.
