The city manager acts as the town's chief administrative and fiscal officer responsible for the overall operation of the community; oversees the day to day operation of all town departments. and is directly responsible to the mayor and the town council.

The office of the city manager is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional night office hours are established as necessary to accommodate the work responsibilities of the office, which involves numerous meetings after regular business hours. Residents and visitors requiring the services of the city manager may make contact via phone, mail, fax or email.
