The Town of Smithfield would like to inform residents that, effective immediately, the phone number for reporting after-hours utility outages has changed.

The new number to call is 919-934-2661.

This replaces the previous number, 919-934-2117, which will no longer be used for after-hours utility concerns.

We encourage all residents to update their contact lists and help spread the word to neighbors and community members. This change ensures faster response times and improved service for our residents.
