Food Truck Information
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Current up to date Certificate of Inspections required by the Johnston County Environmental Health Department
- Current copy of the vehicle or trailer registration.
- Site plan or sketch showing location of food truck
- Authorization from property owner
- Application Fee of $100 paid to cashiers at Town Hall
- Current up to date copy of liability insurance
Food trucks may operate on an individual private commercial property for a maximum of 90 days each calendar year when utilizing a food truck permit for each individual parcel on which the food truck is located.
