Food Truck Information 

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: 

  • Current up to date Certificate of Inspections required by the Johnston County Environmental Health Department 
  • Current copy of the vehicle or trailer registration. 
  • Site plan or sketch showing location of food truck 
  • Authorization from property owner 
  • Application Fee of $100 paid to cashiers at Town Hall 
  • Current up to date copy of liability insurance 


Food trucks may operate on an individual private commercial property for a maximum of 90 days each calendar year when utilizing a food truck permit for each individual parcel on which the food truck is located.
