Food Truck Information

 

APPLICATION CHECKLIST:

  • Certificate of inspections or compliance required by the Johnston County Environmental Health Department
  • Proof of insurance
  • Sketch plan showing location of food truck
  • Authorization from property owner
  • Application Fee of $100


Food trucks may operate on an individual private property for a maximum of 90 days each calendar year when utilizing a temporary use permit for each individual parcel on which the food truck is located.
