Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-129, the Town of Smithfield will receive proposals for Construction Services until 2:00 p.m. on December 23, 2025, in the Town of Smithfield Public Utilities Department Conference Room, 230 Hospital Road, Smithfield, North Carolina 27577.  No proposals will be accepted after the official time and date.
