The Town of Smithfield, Smithfield, North Carolina is taking sealed bids for HVAC Maintenance Services until Monday, June 29th at 2:00 pm. There will be an optional walk-through for prospective bidders will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 11:00 a m. at 231 Hospital Road to be familiar with all locations which services are required.

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Smithfield, until 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor for the completion of the following:

Each quotation shall be submitted as per the “Notice to Prospective Bidders.” Bids must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid deposit as outlined in the “Notice to Prospective Bidders.” The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
