PROPOSED CONTRACT SCOPE SUMMARY

The project will consist of the design, environmental document, permitting, and bidding assistance for 5-foot wide sidewalk along Venture Drive from Outlet Center Drive to East Peedin Road.  The project will include the sidewalk, drainage and erosion control.  The need for any utility relocation will be determined at the completion of the survey.  The Town does not anticipate any water or sewer relocation needs at this time.
