POTTERY PARTY
Your party guests will paint their own piece of pottery, chosen in advance by the party host.It is a great take-home for everyone to remember a special day. Pieces will be able to be picked up the week following the party.
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to book the date and time and is applied to the party fee.
Basic Pottery Party: $155
Includes 2 hours in the pottery room, instructor, tiles for 12, and paint supplies.
Specialty Pottery Party: $115 + the cost of the materials
Includes 2 hours in the pottery room, instructor, your choice of pottery for 12, and paint
supplies.
- Café Mug (12 mugs) – $115 + $90.00= $205.00
- Small Plate (12 plates) – $115 + $69.00=$184.00
- Square Vase (12 vases) – $115 + $122.00=$237.00
- Switch Plate (12 plates) – $115 + $80.00=$195.00
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
In the event that the Smithfield Parks & Recreation (SPRD) and/or Smithfield Recreation and Aquatics Center (SRAC) cancels a rental for any reason, including inclement weather, fees are 100% refundable or a credit in the full amount of the fee will be issued for future use.
Any renter cancelling their rental must do so in writing. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 2 weeks.
Cancellations with 14 days or more notice from the rental date can receive one of the following:
*A full credit for future rental, program or service, or;
*A refund less ½ the rental fee and a $10 administrative fee, or;
*Reschedule rental, program or service (pending availability).
Cancellations less than 14 days from the rental date will not receive a credit or a refund. Medical or hardship cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation. Renters may reschedule pending availability.
Non-use of the rental space does not entitle the participant to a credit/refund/reschedule.
