BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Book your child’s next birthday at the SRAC! Choose between the pool, splash park, or sports package. Each party lasts 2 hours with the first hour in the party room and the second hour in the pool area or gym.

SRAC does not provide cake, ice cream or decorations. 

If you are inviting LESS than 25 guests, you will book the Multipurpose Room. If you are inviting MORE than 25 guests, you will book the Banquet Room. (guests = children AND adults)

FEES:

  • Multipurpose Room Fee: $125.00-Smithfield Resident        $165.00-Non-Smithfield Resident

  • Banquet Room Fees: $175.00-Smithfield Resident         $215.00-NonSmithfield Resident

Birthday party fees are paid in full upon booking.

eParties last up to 2 hours only. The first hour in the multipurpose room or banquet room, the  second hour in the pool/splash park.

eParties can get into the room no earlier than 15 minutes before their assigned time.

eAll personal belongings must be removed from the multipurpose room/banquet room after the initial hour as other parties are booked in there.

eParties held during operational hours will not have the pool or splash park to themselves.

 

POTTERY PARTY
Your party guests will paint their own piece of pottery, chosen in advance by the party host.It is a great take-home for everyone to remember a special day. Pieces will be able to be picked up the week following the party.
A $50 non refundable deposit is required to book the date and time and is applied to the party fee.

     Basic Pottery Party: $155
             Includes 2 hours in the pottery room, instructor, tiles for 12, and paint supplies.

     Specialty Pottery Party: $115 + the cost of the materials
             Includes 2 hours in the pottery room, instructor, your choice of pottery for 12, and paint
             supplies.

  • Café Mug (12 mugs) – $115 + $90.00= $205.00
  • Small Plate (12 plates) – $115 + $69.00=$184.00
  • Square Vase (12 vases) – $115 + $122.00=$237.00
  • Switch Plate (12 plates) – $115 + $80.00=$195.00

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: 

In the event that the Smithfield Parks & Recreation (SPRD) and/or Smithfield Recreation and Aquatics Center (SRAC) cancels a rental for any reason, including inclement weather, fees are 100% refundable or a credit in the full amount of the fee will be issued for future use.

Any renter cancelling their rental must do so in writing. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 2 weeks.

Cancellations with 14 days or more notice from the rental date can receive one of the following:
*A full credit for future rental, program or service, or;
*A refund less ½ the rental fee and a $10 administrative fee, or;
*Reschedule rental, program or service (pending availability).

Cancellations less than 14 days from the rental date will not receive a credit or a refund. Medical or hardship cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation. Renters may reschedule pending availability.

Non-use of the rental space does not entitle the participant to a credit/refund/reschedule.
